Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 3070 platform. By registering for or accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated below.

Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 3070 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 3070 platform.
Use of this platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- You are registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of any other person.
- You are not subject to any legal restrictions that prohibit participation in online betting or gambling activities.
- The information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
The 3070 platform reserves the right to reject or cancel the registration of any user who does not meet the above eligibility requirements without prior notice.

Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Account Creation and Management
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 3070 platform. Attempts to create multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts. During registration, you are required to provide your full name, a valid email address, and any other requested information. All information provided must be accurate and verifiable.
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. The 3070 platform will not be liable for any losses arising from the use of your account by another party, whether with or without your knowledge.
Password Security
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. We recommend using a strong password that combines uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
If you suspect that your password has been compromised by an unauthorised party, change it immediately and contact the 3070 support team at [email protected]. 3070 will never ask for your password via email, message, or phone call.
User Responsibilities
Users agree not to use the 3070 platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner prohibited by these terms. This includes, but is not limited to: attempting to hack or disrupt platform systems, using automated software or bots to access the platform, spreading false or misleading information, engaging in any form of fraud or manipulation in betting, and infringing the platform's intellectual property rights.
Payments, Deposits, and MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the 3070 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits are legitimate and sourced from a bank account or e-wallet registered in their own name.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the thresholds set in the finance section of your account.
- Deposits made via FPX and local eWallet methods are typically credited within a short time.
- The 3070 platform reserves the right to request identity verification before processing deposits or withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
- Using a third-party card or account for deposits is strictly prohibited.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet that has been registered and verified in the user's name.
- 3070 reserves the right to suspend or withhold withdrawals subject to security or compliance reviews.
- Any taxes or charges imposed by the user's financial institution are solely the user's responsibility.
- Suspicious withdrawal requests will be investigated and may be declined.
The 3070 platform accepts no liability for delays in transaction processing caused by factors beyond our control, including banking service disruptions or technical issues on third-party systems.
Account Policy — Suspension and Closure
The 3070 platform reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- The user was found to have violated one or more provisions of these terms and conditions.
- The user engages in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- The user provides false information during registration or in any communication with the platform.
- The user attempts to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
- The user violates any applicable laws or regulations in Malaysia.
- The user registers multiple accounts to circumvent imposed limits or restrictions.
- The user submits a withdrawal request that cannot be verified or appears suspicious.
- The user requests voluntary account closure through the customer support channel.
Where an account is closed due to fraud or a breach of terms, the 3070 platform reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Users whose accounts have been closed on valid grounds may submit an appeal via the support email.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The 3070 platform is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses from betting or gaming. All betting and gaming activities are carried out at the user's own risk. The 3070 platform is also not responsible for service disruptions, data loss, or device damage that may occur during use of the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 3070 platform, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, images, software, and user interfaces, is the exclusive property of the 3070 platform or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 3070 management.
Third-Party Links
The 3070 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites for informational convenience. The presence of such links does not imply that the 3070 platform endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those websites. Users access third-party links at their own risk and should review the terms and policies of those websites separately.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
The 3070 platform reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the latest version of the terms.
Continued use of the 3070 platform following the publication of any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the amended terms.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
